This ceramic foam filter is alveolate and  its color is white or milk-like white.

It’s applied to producing aluminum foil and coiled sheet that required high quantity. through physicsal absorption and chemical effect, it can availably clean the oxidation  lard during melting process, thus reduce blug of casting and raise quantity of casting , providing the superior quality material for the deeply process of the next.

How to use
 
Choose the foam filter according to above list telling, the filter must be preheated before using. The filter should put in the filter box and airproof insure that all molten luminum can  enter through the filter fluency. the treatment weight of  tones aluminum can’t exceed the limited value of the above list tells. if slag in the molten is very high ,the best method is increase the number of the filter or reduce the treatment melting.
