Availability

Used in lining,casting lift tuble,launder Distributor filter-box,iron crucible and thermocouple,also used to repair tundish, lining and furnace door and such kind of
ceramic products.Not wet aluminium. HY-BN also used in metal lining and castings which contact molten aluminium.

Directions for use

The general proportionof HY-BN and water is 1:1.5-2,that is 1kg of coating can mix with 1.5-2kg water(clean water). Users can choose different denseness based on different condition.After mixture,brush or spray on the warm-up lining or the ladles equally (the coat shouldn’t be too thick,the temperature of lining or ladles should be 50℃),coatings
which are warmed up can adsorb on ceramic products or metal surfaces perfectly,when coatings are dried,wipe the surface to smooth.If you find the coating flakes away after some time,the same way of spraying should be repeated. You can spray or brush to any materials which will touch the liquid aluminium.
