PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
The shape of product is grain metal compound which was all contained in pure copper tubes. The tube can improve metal fluidity and control the grain and distributing, can eliminate porosity ,edge cracking and surface peeling..
PRODUCT FUNCTION:
TY and TC is applicable to copper ,copper/zinc and copper/nickel melt.it can eliminate the oxidation material in the furnace . (Zn<5%)
HOW TO USE:
The metal should be melted down under the appropriate grade of HYT-1,HYT-3.deocidation of the melt should be the last operation before pouring. The tubes are introduced to the metal using a bell plunger ,and plunged to the bottom of the melt and held there to allow their contents to become absorbed. The metal is then strirred well ,skimmed and poured. The product especially available for bronze and gunmetal ,for less melt furnace .

the melt containing any hydrogen.using HYT-3 can removal dross,at last ，plunged the tubes in order to cleaning the melt and increasing the metal fluidity and refining grain .
