PRODUCT FUNCTION:
HYT-2 are used for removing hydrogen .
from copper and copper alloys .when it contact with molten metal ,decompose to give a continuous steady stream of non-reactive gas to remove most of the dissolved hydrogen .
HOW TO USE:
HYT-2 is a briquette. the weight of the it is 300g. so each briquette may treat 340kg copper or copper alloys melt. If the weight of the melt unequal to 340kg, the quantity are changed account to the proportion. Press the briquette into the bottom of the melt and move it for 10 to 15mins with bell plunger. When HY-2 is used in little crucible furnaces, the briquette must be broken up and placed in the bottom of the furnaces. All ladles and tools should be thoroughly heated and dried as moisture from them could nullify the effect of the treatment.
